Výzva, ktorú v organizácii riešime / Challenge we are facing

  • open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information;
  • resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;
  • determining the cause of the problem;
  • selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  • assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges;
  • contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • manage large amounts of incoming calls;
  • identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
  • build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • advise on company information as well as inform customer of deals and promotions;
  • utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes;
  • work with Customer service manager and Country manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivere
  • handle changes in policies or renewals;
  • resolve customer queries and complaints via phone, email, mail or social media;
  • compile reports on overall customer satisfaction, about products, etc;
  • co-create and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • go always the extra mile to engage customers;

Koho hľadáme / Our requirements

  • proven customer support experience or proven potential to learn this field quickly;
  • track record of over-achieving given goals, deadlines, etc.;
  • strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
  • customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • university under-graduate or fresh graduate required;
