We are world pioneers in plasma milling. Our team of 120+ professionals has successfully accomplished the first ever plasma milling underwater and the first ever plasma milling in a High Pressure/High Temperature environment. First applications are under preparation for release shortly.
Your job will be:
- Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) of the Plasma Drilling Bits designs (newtonian & non-newtonian fluid dynamics, mixtures of liquids and gases, sub-critical and supercritical fluids)
- Stress analysis of the Plasma Drilling Bits (the effect of weight on the bit, different CTEs, mechanical shocks from drilling, environmental pressure & temperature effects, etc.)
- Optimization of the Plasma Drilling Bits based on the performed analysis (cooling system of the Drill Bit, drilling fluid and plasma nozzles geometry, materials selection, etc.)
- Writing analysis reports
- Risk assessment of the designed tools & operational procedures
