In this role, you will:

–  Run competent recruiting advisory to hiring managers in Bratislava and EMEA recruitments

–  Strive for positive candidate and line manager experience throughout whole recruiting journey

–  Run opening recruitment strategy sessions with hiring managers (local labour law, market overview, recruiting channels, job advertisement, etc…)

–  Screen and short-list applications where applicable

–  Guide managers in interview process and participate in the interviews where applicable

–  Collaborate on developing an offer with the hiring manager

–  Handle candidate data

–  Partner with recruiting agencies (explain the job description, team environment, personality requirements & desired candidates‘ professional background), build and expand knowledge of suitable agencies within client area, fees, online platforms and sourcing agreements)

–  Build deep understanding of Swiss Re culture and jobs content, and use that understanding to help candidates fully recognize the opportunity

–  Establish strong relationships with designated client groups by acting as a trusted advisor

–  Build strong relationships within Swiss Re HR community

–  Actively participate on/lead projects and improvements on local, regional or global level

–  Review and update policies and procedures in line with changes to legislation and standard methodology and help to ensure these are well communicated and upheld

 

Čo hľadáme / Our requirements

ABOUT YOU: 
You have:

–  At least 3 years relevant work experience in recruiting preferably in insurance industry or shared services and a global matrix environment

–  Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting process; incl. cross-border hiring practice and external vendor management

–  University degree or equivalent with HR professional qualification is an advantage

You are:
–  Commercially savvy and fluent in the financial and operative language of the business (English required, additional language especially German preferred)

–  Able to demonstrate a collaborative approach using collaboration to develop optimal and commercial solutions

–  Able to influence client on various management levels to find solutions and dedication on specific topics

–  Able to build strong client relationship based on trust and integrity

–  Able to work in a dynamic working environment where change, resilience and flexibility is essential

–  Dedicated to self-development and being up to date on HR and recruiting practices

–  Critical thinker, being able to challenge status quo

–  Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to set priorities in parallel

Minimum base salary for this job from 1700 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
